Place one layer of crackers on bottom of cake pan. Mix pudding
and milk to make pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of
pudding over cracker layer. Place a second layer of crackers over
pudding. Spread remaining pudding over crackers. Place a third
layer of crackers over pudding. Mix melted butter, powdered
sugar, mixing well. Add cocoa powder to taste, stirring until
smooth. Spread over crackers. Refrigerate until well chilled and
set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to garnish just before serving.
