In a soup pot over medium-high heat, cook
ground beef and onion 6 to 8 minutes, or until
meat is browned. Add carrots, cabbage, and
celery and cook 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce
heat to low, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until
vegetables are tender.
