Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line 8x8 pan with
parchment paper. Leave overhang. Spray parchment
with nonstick spray. Add honey, peanut butter,
brown sugar, and vanilla to small saucepan and
bring to light simmer. Stir until peanut butter is
well-mixed into honey.

Combine cereal, cranberries, pistachios and milk
powder in a large bowl and toss with your hands.
Pour the syrup over the cereal mixture and stir
with a rubber spatula. Add mix to prepared dish
and pat down. Place a piece of parchment over the
top and press down firmly. Remove the parchment
and bake just until golden, 25 minutes.
