     Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
4 to 6 pork chops
4 to 5 medium potatoes
1 (10 3/4 ox.) can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 soup can milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Brown pork chops in a skillet. Place in a shallow oblong casserole, coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Slice potatoes and layer on top. Mix mushroom soup and milk; pour over all. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, then with shredded cheese.
Bake at 325 degree for 1 3/4 hours.
