heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds followed by
onions. once it turns golden brown, add all the
powders (except garam masala) and sprinkle some
water.
add the potatoes, cauliflower, ginger garlic paste
and salt and cook for 10 mins with lid covered,
When potatoes are 3/4th done, add the butter
gemuse, water and cook with lid covered.
add garam masala and cook for 2 mins. finally add
corriander leaves
