     Achin - Sour Sauce Dip

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger root, chopped
2 tsp. Tamarind concentrate
2T honey or palm sugar
2T tamari
2 tsp. fish sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. aleppo chile flakes
 
2T lime juice
Instructions
In food processor, puree garlic and ginger. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth to form sauce.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Burmese fried vegetables or fritters.
