     Lemon- Pepper-Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 tsp.Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2.5 lbs. Chicken thighs - enough to cover the bottom of the slow cooker
Lemon slices if desired
 

Instructions
In slow cooker combine- 1/3 cup lemon juice 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp sea salt ¼ tsp pepper Add enough thighs to cover the bottom of the slow cooker & Lemon slices if desired on top of chicken.
Cover & cook on high for 4 hours. After cooking preheat oven to broil. Cover baking sheet with foil using tongs remove the chicken thighs from the slow cooker onto the baking sheet. Place the chicken into the oven on top rack. Broil the chicken thighs for bout 5-10 minute, or until golden brown. If you want to use the sauce from the slow cooker (it’s fantastic) blot the sauce with paper towel to remove the grease. Remove from oven.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with brown rice and steamed veggies.
