     Saras cheese enchilada easy

Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 c salsa
1 8oz can tomato sauce
14 oz can corn (drain)
4 oz diced green chiles (Less)
1/2 t cumin
3 c. grated cheddar or jack cheese
salt/pepper
 
8 8 inch flour or corn tortillas
chicken, opt

Instructions
Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Combine salsa and tomato sauce and add 1/2 c.to the cream cheese mixture. Add corn, chiles, cumin and 2 c. of the cheese to cream cheese mix. Stir and add salt and pepper. Put 1/2 c salsa mixture on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Spread 1/2 c. of the salsa and tomato sauce to bottom of 9x13 Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds. Place 1/3 c of the filling on each tortilla, roll seam side down in baking dish. Spread remaining 1 1/2 c salsa mixture over the enchiladas. Bake 15 min. Sprinkle the remaining 1 c cheese over enchiladas and bake 10 min til cheese is melted. 325 degrees
