1 LB ground beef
1 onion
1 belle pepper
bunch celery
16 oz bottle catsup
water (judge)
1/2 TB sugar
1/2 TB salt
1 tsp blk pepper
 
Instructions
Dice onion, pepper, and celery. Brown meat add everything to meat, cook 40 minutes.
