     Ma Caltagirone Meatballs

Ingredients
3 LBS - Ground Beef
1 Med Onion
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese or Romano
1 - Egg
1 tsp - Salt
1/2 Cup - Bread Crumbs
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form meatballs. Brown meatballs in well oiled pan. Cook in Ma's Spaghetti Sauce for 1-1/2 hours.
