Cream butter, add powder sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift together, the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to batter slowly and mix until blended. Stir in grated rind.
Coat both sides of mold with Fat and Flour.
Pour batter into face side of mold, filling it level.
Hot oven at 375, 1 hour
