Let dough rise overnight. punch down and spread in a well greased pan.
Sautee thinly sliced onion, add garlic last.Drain liquid from tomatoes and break them up.
Spread tomatoes, onions, and garlic over dough.
Sprinkle cheeses, and top with bread crumbs. Drizzle olive oil over bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
