Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
3/4 c Italian bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
 
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients. Form into meatballs, then brown on all sides in saucepan. Drain add to sauce.
Serving Suggestions
Variation - omit water, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
