     Chocolate Fondue

10 oz good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
22 oz good quality milk chocolate chips
1 1/4 c heavy cream
1T coconut oil
2T very hot water
2 tsp. instant coffee or instant espresso granules
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In large sauce pan over medium high heat, melt chocolate, heavy cream and coconut oil, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
In small bowl, combine hot water, instant coffee/espresso and vanilla extract and mix to fully dissolve coffee into liquid. Add to chocolate/cream mixture in sauce pan.
Stir constantly until mixture combines to smooth consistency.
Serve hot and keep warm on burner or in fondue pot with warmer. Dip away!
Serving Suggestions
Skewer fresh fruit like strawberries, clementine segments, and banana pieces. Skewer angel food or pound cake cubes and dip pretzels and potato chips.
