Get milk ready before starting. Cream together eggs,
sugar, nutmeg, and mashed potatoes until smooth. Stir in
crisco. Add 1 cup of the flour with salt, soda, and baking
powder. Mix well. Then alternately add the rest of the milk
and flour. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut out doughnuts.
deep fry in Crisco at 360 degrees.
