     Balsamic Reduction Over Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
balsamic vinegar - 1 cup
 

Instructions
Pour balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil without reducing the heat on the stove. Turn down heat so that boil reduces to a simmer. Stir occasionally and allow to simmer until vinegar has reduced by half. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container, store in refrigerator until ready to use.
