     Pistachio Cake

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 pkg Royal instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
1/4 cup oil
Sugar Mix-
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp cinnamon
 
2 tsp granulated sugar

Instructions
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil. Beat for 2 minutes. Spread half of the batter in an ungreased tube pan. Spread half of the sugar mix. Pour the rest of the batter and then top with the rest of the sugar mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cake improves with age!
