     Buttermilk brined fried chicken

Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
brine
3 c buttermilk
1/4c sugar (may need to cut this back)
Siracha to taste
1T oregano
Blk pepper 1/4t est
Pinch or bit more salt
1T garlic powder
 
3/4 c flour
1t cayenne
1/2t salt or less
1t thyme
1/2t blk pepper

Instructions
Put all in large Baggie add chicken coat well put in fridge overnight.
When ready to make- Preheat oven to 450'
To make flour breading for chicken add flour, cayenne, salt, thyme, and balck pepper. Put in large Baggie shake to combine take chicken out of brine and let excess drip off. Put all chicken into flour Baggie and shake to coat. Put on foil covered baking sheet make sure the breasts do not touch.(this way they will brown).
Bake 30 min or until no longer pink.
