     Olive Pasta

Ingredients
Cooked Pasta (rotini or ziti are best)
Green Olives
Black Olives
Sun ripened tomatoes
Roasted Peppers
Mushrooms
Artichokes
Feta cheese
Red pepper flakes (if a slight kick is desired, will get hotter if sits overnight)
 
Salt
Pepper
1 Tbsp or so of extra virgin olive oil
Italian or Greek dressing (I like to use Girardís Greek Feta Dressing)

Instructions
-This recipe is very much one of just throwing things together. It is very easily made with little effort. Also, you can use whatever combination of ingredients you like. This happens to be my favorite. -All ingredient amounts are to taste with the exception of the oil. -The easiest way to acquire the majority of these ingredients is to fill a container from the olive bar at the local grocery store with the combination of ingredients you desire. Get a little extra oil and that is usually plenty for the pasta. A full container is usually enough for a very large bowl of pasta.
1. Boil desired amount of pasta. 2. Chop up remaining ingredients and add to pasta. 3. Add oil and a bit a dressing, stir. 4. Add salt and pepper if desired. 5. Serve warm or cold.
