     Bospaddestoelen consomme met kip

Enkele takjes dragon
Boter
1 bruine ui
300g gemengde bospaddestoelen
2 kippefilets
1liter kippenbouillon
 
Instructions
Maak paddestoelen schoon en snij in plakjes. Fijngesnipperde ui stoven in klontje boter en roerbak bospaddestoelen op hoog vuur. Kruid met zwarte peper. Snij kippefilet in strookjes. Voeg paddestoelen en kippefilet bij bouillon samen met fijngehakte blaadjes van 3 of 4 takjes dragon. Laat 10 minuutjes zachtjes koken.
