     Varkensgebraad in vinaigrette

Ingredients
400-500g varkensgebraad
4 eetlepels mayonaise
2 eetlepels pickles Devos & Lemmens
1 eetlepel yoghurt
Peterselie
Peper en zout
Klontje boter
 

Instructions
Kruid en braad varkensgebraad. Laat afkoelen. Blus pan met 6 eetlepels water. Laat afkoelen. Voeg braadjus bij mayonaise, pickles en yoghurt. Bestrooi met fijngehakte peterselie. Snij vlees in dunne plakjes en overgiet met vinaigrette.
Serving Suggestions
Lekker met gebakken aardappeltjes.
