Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   1 or 2 pie crusts

Ingredients
8 or 9 inch 2 crusts
1 3/4 cup Wondra
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Crisco
1/4 cup water
8 or 9 inch 1 crust
1 cup Wondra
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Crisco
2 Tablespoon water
10 inch pie crust
1 1/3 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Crisco
3 Tablespoon water

Instructions
Stir flour and salt together in a large bowl. Add shortening (Crisco), mix at low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Add water and mix until flour is moistened and dough begins to gather in beater. She would use 2 knives or a pastry cutter until dough was crumbly, then add the water if she didn't have a beater.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
