1 1/2 to 2 cups Uncle Ben's Original Long Grain Rice
5 to 6 cups chicken broth
1/2 lemon
1/2 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring broth and butter to a boil. Add rice, reduce to a
simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Do not let liquid boil
down below rice (add boiling water or hot broth)
Add juice from 1/2 lemon.
Remove from heat when liquid is 1/4 inch over the rice. Let
stand for 10 minutes.
