     Chicken Enchilades

Ingredients
8 tortillas
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1 4 oz can green chilies, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup Mexican cheese
 
1/2 cup skim milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add chilies, sour cream, and soup. Mix together, set aside 3/4 cup. To rest, add chicken and 3/4 cup cheese.
Warm tortillas. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas, roll, and place in pan.
Mix milk and reserved sauce. Pour over tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
