Season fillets with lemon juice, garlic powder,
smoked chili powder, black pepper, & fresh
basil according to personal taste. Place 8 to
10 pats of butter to shallow baking dish, and
place fillets on top uncovered for 20 minutes
at 350.Once fillets are fully cooked, remove
from oven, and remove the juices to a separate
bowl, and add half a can of cream of celery and
mix well until creamy. If too thick, you can
add 2 to 3 tablespoons of whole milk or water
(optional).
