     Garlic & Basil Tilapia

4 Tilapia Fillets
Fresh Lemon Juice
Garlic Powder
Smoked Chili Powder
Black Pepper
Fresh Basil
Salted Butter
Cream of Celery Soup (Campbell's)

Season fillets with lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked chili powder, black pepper, & fresh basil according to personal taste. Place 8 to 10 pats of butter to shallow baking dish, and place fillets on top uncovered for 20 minutes at 350.Once fillets are fully cooked, remove from oven, and remove the juices to a separate bowl, and add half a can of cream of celery and mix well until creamy. If too thick, you can add 2 to 3 tablespoons of whole milk or water (optional).
Drizzle the creamy sauce on to the fillets and serve.
Serving Suggestions
You can serve this with a cucumber, tomato, & romaine hearts salad with a balsamic dressing
