     Egg Casserole/Holiday Brunch

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs cut in half
1/2 tsp worcestershire
1/4 c soft butter
1.5 tsp grated onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 TBLSP minced parsley
1/2 c ground cooked ham
SAUCE-
3 TB Butter and 4 TBLS Flour
 
3/4 hot milk
1 boullion cube disolved in boiling water
salt, pepper, aprika
1.5 c grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
Mash the egg yolk and add the next ingredients. Stuff the egg whites that are laid side by side in a buttered casserole pan
Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Cook stirring constantly until thick then add 1.5 grated cheddar cheese. Pour the sauce over eggs and bake 25 min. at 350 degrees. I crumbled bacon and put on top!
