     Crab Cakes

Ingredients
16 oz lump crabmeat (not from a can)
2 eggs beaten
4 TBS mayonnaise
11/2 old bay
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
2/3 cup crushed ritz crackers
1 1/2 tsp chapped parsley
 

Instructions
mix all ingredients except crabmeat. gently blend so as not to break up the lumps. form into cakes. Cover loosely with was paper and refrigerator for at least an hour before cooking Pan fry in hot oil 4-5 min or until golden brown.
