     Grandma Flemming's Tapioca Fruit Salad

Ingredients
4 boxes- 3 oz. each - Tapioca Pudding (cook kind, not instant)
1 tsp. - Orange Extract
2 cans - 13 1/2 oz. each - Pineapple Chunks
2 cans - Mandarin Oranges
4 to 6 Bananas
 

Instructions
Drain fruit; add water to juice to make 6 cups liquid. Mix liquid with tapioca and orange extract - bring to boil - let cool - put in the refrigerator - add can fruit. Chill thoroughly, over night or several hours before serving. A few hours before serving add bananas.
