Place oven rack in center of oven. Preheat to 425. Line a baking
sheet with foil, lightly misted with cooking spray, or parchment
paper.

Wash and dry zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange on
pan with little space between them.
|
|
|
Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper if desired. With a small
spoon, spread a thin layer of cheese on each slice.
|
|
|
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
