     Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup kale
5 pieces of frozen pineapple
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
Orange/mango juice
Green smoothie type drink (I prefer Naked Green Monster)
1 packet stevia/sweetener
Applesauce
 

Instructions
Nutribullet blenders seem to work best. I have found its most effective to put the greens on the bottom and the pineapple on the top. This way, the greens get chopped up first, releasing some liquid, allowing you to use less orange juice.
Serving Suggestions
This is a perfect drink to start the morning with (especially considering it includes 2 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, and is super easy!)
