Additional 2 Tablespoons Butter, chilled and cut into cubes
Salt to taste
Instructions
Melt first butter in a pan over medium
highheat. Add in the garlic, saute until
fragant. Add the hot sauce, worcestershire,
beer, lemon juice, seasoning and pepper.
Bring to a simmer and until sauce is reduced by
half. About 5-7 minutes.
Add Shrimp and cook until pink. 2-3 minutes
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in the chilled
butter until it melts. Season with salt and enjoy
with Frnech bread to soak up the sauce.
