16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

1/2 lb bacon

Instructions |

|
Split peppers lengthwise, scrape out the insides. Stuff each pepper with cream cheese.
|

|
Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap each halved pepper with the half piece of bacon. Secure bacon using a toothpick.
|

|
Grill (or bake)until bacon is crisp, about 3 minutes per side.
