     Wolfies Cheese Cake

1 C. Flour
1/4 C Sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
1 Egg yolk
1/2 C. Butter
Cream Cheese Filling-
5 (8oz) Cream cheese
1 1/2 C. Sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
5 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
1/2 C. Heavy cream

For Crust- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands. Press enough dough to cover the pan bottom of a spring for pan. Bake bottom circle for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. When crust cools, put spring form pan together and press remaining dough around the sides all the way to the top of the pan. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
For the Filling- Mix cream cheese, sugar flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla together. One at a time add eggs and egg yolks. Fold in heavy cream. Pour filling into crust, bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees F and bake for 1 hour, or until firm. Enjoy plain or garnish with cherry pie filling.
