To make vinaigrette,whisk together the honey,
vinegar,Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil
until completely combined.Set aside.
Tear lettuce into pieces and mix in a bowl with the
swiss chard, pea shoots, peas, lima beans, summer
squash and goat cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and
serve with vinaigrette.
