Heat oven to 350, cook the onion in the oil until it is soft, add
the carrot and zucchini, and cook for a minute or two, then
remove from pan and add the bacon crumbles. Beat the
eggs, and cream add the cheese, stir together flour, salt and
baking powder. Mix together all ingredients. bake for 15 to 20
minutes in small muffin cups
