     Garden fresh herb sauce

Ingredients
4 c cilantro fresh, stems removed loosely packed
3 c fresh parsley stems removed loosely packed
1 clove garlic peeled
1 t red pepper flakes
1 t salt
1/4 c white wine vinegar
2 T olive oil
 
Instructions
Pulse all ingredients in food processor scraping down sides until consistency is a wet paste, add a bit more vinegar if mixture is too dry.
Serving Suggestions
So Fresh with fragrant this versatile sauce can be used as condiment a pesto or even in lieu of chimichurri with your favorite grilled meat
