Dip chicken in flour, in a large skillet heat oil and butter to
medium high heat, add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each
side, Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet
stir in lemon juice and parsley into oil butter mixture then
pour over chicken keep warm.
In same skillet prepare rice a roti as package directs stir in
broccoli after the rice has simmered 10 minutes. top with
chicken and parsley lemon sauce then sprinkle with cheese
