Heat oven to 300
Butter an 8x8 casserole dish and set aside.
Melt butter in large skillet add onion and saute until coated
with butter and still firm, add mushrooms and saute briefly.
Add spinach and stir, mix well.
Cut cream cheese into about 10 pieces and add to mixture,
add onion soup mix and stir well. Spread in casserole dish,
sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake for 45 minutes.
