In large bowl mix water, eggs, oil and cake
mix. beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Pour
into a greased crock pot. In another bowl
whisk pudding mix and milk for two minutes. Let
stand for two minutes or until soft set. Spoon
over cake batter. Sprinkle with chocolate
chips. Cook on Low for 3 hours or until a
toothpick inserted in the cake portion, comes
out with moist crumbs.
