Instructions- Combine garlic powder, onion
powder, freshly ground black pepper, lemon
peel, salt (2 tsp of each). Sprinkle on fish.
Mix 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 stick of butter,
and 2 tsp of minced garlic. Drizzle over fish.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until fish
flakes. Place fish upon a bed of artisan
lettuce and arugula. Garnish with lemon wedges.
