Heat oven to 375, In a large skillet cook the onion in the
butter until tender, remove from heat and stir in rice, sour
cream, cottage cheese, and salt and pepper.
Spoon half of the mixture in a greased 11x7 inch pan, layer
with half of the chilis and cheese, repeat layers.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly
