     Shrimp cocktail

Ingredients
3 lbs cooked small shrimp shelled and deveined
Cocktail sauce
1 bottle 14 oz ketchup
1 can 11 1/2 oz v-8 juice
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 c lemon lime soda
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1/4 c onions
1/4 c chopped jalapeno
 
2 t salt
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 t black pepper
1/4 c thinly sliced celery divided
Garnish
2 avocados peeled and sliced thin
1 bunch cilantro finely chopped
2 lemons cut into wedges

Instructions
Chill the shrimp until ready to serve. Combine all the sauce ingredients except for 1/8 celery mix well, cover and refrigerate. To serve divide the remaining celery among eight tall glasses, fill each glass with shrimp. Stir in cocktail sauce well and divide equally over the shrimp, place avocado slices over the top garnish with cilantro, Serve with lemon wedges and crispy crackers
