     Rainbow Inn Salad Dressing

Ingredients
2 EGGS
6 CUPS OF SALAD OIL (SOYA -- CANOLLA)
1 CUP RED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1/2 tsp. BLACK PEPPER
1 TBS. GRANULATED OR MINCED GARLIC
1 tsp. SALT
1 TBS. LIME JUICE
1 TBS. ENGLISH MUSTARD
4 DROPS OF TABASCO SAUCE
 
1 TBS. Worcestershire SAUCE
2 TBS. CHOPPED ONION
1/2 TBS. CHOPPED TARRAGON
1 tsp. SUGAR

Instructions
In electric mixer beat eggs at high speed then slowly add oil. When oil starts to thicken add a little of the vinegar to thin (do not add all at one time)
When oil and vinegar are blended add the remaining ingredients and beat slowly. Refrigerated -will keep several weeks.
