     Key Lime Icebox Pie

1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons butter
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 Tablespoon loosely packed lemon zest
1/2 cup key lime juice
3 large egg yolks
1/4 cup buttermilk

Graham Cracker Crust Crush crackers, add sugar and salt. Add melted butter and combine well. Press in the bottom, up the sides, and onto the lip of a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour while preparing filling.
Filling Beat egg yolks for 4 to 5 minutes or until yolks become pane and ribbons form on surface of mixture when beater is lifted. Gradually whisk in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and buttermilk. Pour mixture into a pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set around the edges. Pie will be slightly jiggly. Cool on a wire rack for one hour. Cover pie with gently greased plastic wrap 4 to 6 hours. Top with whippedream.
