     PB CC Oat Cookies

Ingredients
113 g butter
1/2 C white sugar
1/3 C packed brown sugar
113 g peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
 
1/2 C rolled oats
1 C choc buttons

Instructions
Preheat oven to 175C. Cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and egg until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir into batter just until moistened. Mix in the oats and choc chips until evenly distributed.
Drop tablespoonfuls on to baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges start to brown. Cool on cookie sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
