3 c strawberries, stems removed, chopped to equal small chop
1/4 c basil leaves, cut to chiffonade
2 tsp. sugar
2T White Balsamic Vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in small mixing bowl and toss
to evenly distribute. Best served immediately but
can be covered tightly and refrigerated for several
hours.

Suggestions
Serve with grilled chicken or fish or omit salt and serve over sorbet for a refreshing summer dessert.
