For Sauce, in a small pot combine ketchup, cane vinegar, brown sugar, Worchest
sauce,celery seeds, chili powder, dash of pepper and hot sauce. Heat to boiling and set
aside.

Place ribs, meaty side down in a large shallow baking pan
Bake uncovered for 1 hour
Baste ribs with sauce, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes
Baste with sauce again, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes
Arrange lemon slices over ribs for last 30 minutes of baking.
