Heat milk, stir in sugar, cornstarch, salt whisk in eggs quickly, constantly cook on low heat until coats metal spoon. Remove, place saucepan in bowl of ice water, stir 2 min. Add condensed milk, vanilla. Press wax paper onto top of mixture. Refrigerate over night. Freeze in ice cream machine.
