     Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients
4 med carrots, sliced
2 large , halved and sliced
3-4 lbs chicken (thighs)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c ch dried apricots
1/2 c raisins
2 T flour
14 1/2 oz chx broth, lo sodium
1/4 c tomato paste
 
2 T lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp giner, cumin ground
1 t cinnamon
pepper

Instructions
slow cooker- crrots, onions, chicken, apricots and raisins. combine flour and broth til smooth, whisk in tomato paste, lemon juice, and seasonings. cook low 6-7 hrs til chx is tender. Or bake for about an hour.
Could add garbanzo beans.
