     Susan's Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups creamed corn
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup flour
4 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
 
1 cup yellow cornmean

Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch pan Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs. Fold in corn and cheese. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in pan, reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake one hour.
